Questions To vB Customers and Staff

    I'm a Newbie for vB. Just have a few questions:

    I have a problem.

    I went to customers area , Then High Priority Support .

    I see Owners E-mail and Three Others E-mail. I tried to enter Owners e-mail into the 3 e-mails mentioned but unfortunately it dosent record or dosent send any mail to me. Any CLUE? The e-mails must be different to owners mails?.

    I'm Currently Posting By owners e-mail. I still dont have access to vb.org and Priority Support

    Please help


  • The priority support allows you to post in the support forums (How-do-i, trouble shooting, etc. down below), as well as email support@vbulletin.com to get support via the support ticket system :)


  • what does priority support mean? where do i get it? is it a hidden forum or something? I see Troubleshoot Forum as a Guest too. So i assume its a Hidden forum.

    Please explain


  • Owner's email is automatically on priority support; that place is for you to add up to 3 more because some people place their order strange, and their customer email becomes their paypal or whatever email they don't use.

    As for permissions, I am seeing you show up as licensed user, so you mostlikely didn't wait long enough before trying :) remember, it is not instantly, it is updated once every a while by an automated task ;) go and try again, it should work now.
