I'm a girl and I played soccer 2 days ago. My right feet is hurting bad and it's causing me to walk with only my right edge of the foot. Where it exactly hurts is the top pointy part of the bone connecting down to the big toe. I can feel the pain here when I step on the ground with the whole area of my feet, especially the lumpy part underneath the toe which is on the left side of the right foot.
Is my bone misplaced or is it my muscle hurting from soccer?
Should I go see the doctor?playing soccer can get u like this specially if playing goalie but u have to get used to it because it involves a lot in using ur feet but trust me it is a normal thing that almost anyone new to this sport will have this problem but it will go away if it was misplaced or something it will hurt allot and u wont stand the pain and u would directly go to a doctor u might just be soar or something did u have an accident or something i would see a doctor.........No, it is normal (or at least for me) for your feet to hurt. Soccer is a tough sport and you'll have to get used to it (as i did). If I can handle it, then you can definitely handle it. Try putting lotion on your feet and massaging them. Hope this helps!#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
