I created a signature file in Word 2003 with some italics, bold, colored fonts,
etc. and saved it as .htm. In Outlook Express I set this up as my automatic signature for my outgoing messages. OK, when I start a new message, the signature appears. So far so good. But the lines are wide apart from each other. If I highlight the signature, click the Paragraph Style button, choose Normal. Presto, it's all nice and compact again. But how can I make sure that my signature is compact automatically without my having to format it each time? Is it something about my having created it in Word?
