it may hurt but no it wont "damage" your feat silly gooseyou'll be just fine. I run with a size to big and i think its simply more comfortableyou're gonna get blisters, make sure they don't rub when you run.
my advice: get new shoesActually, it depends on what distance you are running. When you are running, your foot swells so to accommodate for the swelling it is a good idea to buy your shoes a 1/2 size bigger or even a size bigger for marathon training. If you are too worrie about it just wear thicker socks. It probably wont damage your feet, but you could get a lot of blisters from your shoes rubbing against your feet. So be sure to tie them tight enough. Not really. Just tie the shoe tight enough.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
